Project management has been though a branch of the knowledge that dates back for thousands of years, no matter this, it is a young science and constant growth. One makes possible this thank to the managing of other sciences, which have give it development as such, leading it to optimising its processes by means of the using of the scientific method. The above mentioned processes take implicit the efficient use of technologies and knowledge of top, for this form a development achieves that the ride at part of other sciences. One of these is Concurrent Engineering.


Across the Concurrent Engineering the Project Management could have implemented certain tools that facilitate the capture of decisions, of effective and rapid form, to the project manager. This systematizing of the resources and processes generates a great quantity of information in some type of information which is stored and tries as it is the need, document, and it turns into the fundamental prop at the moment of taking a decision in a project.


For before mentioned, the information must be managed of prolix and very detailed form, of such a way of providing a guide for every activity of the project, but also provide a structure of procedure inside which the leaders of the project of any discipline could work and one to comunicate with other on. It is an acquaintance who when a raw Engineer enters as part of the teamwork into multiproject of construction, though this one has skills for his work, originates effects in the members who can be summarized of two ways: (1) an emptiness in the knowledge due to the inexperienced of the new member, and (2) members recruitment cause different experienced members to work together. The new work environment to support team knowledge management into multiprojects of construction.

The knowledge flow in the process of teamwork has not been paid enough attention, so what it is reflecting the level of cooperation in the teamwork, which has important influence on the efficiency in the teamwork.
